These extra-heavyweight professional kitchen scissors are made by hand in a workshop in Solosna, Spain, near Barcelona, where the Pallarès family has been making knives and blades since 1917. Sturdy and carefully crafted, you will reach for these scissors for all cooking and gardening tasks from snipping herbs and flowers, to trimming poultry.
Care: Hand wash. Maintain by adding a drop of mineral oil to the screw. Sharpen blades every 3-5 years as needed.
