Provence Print Pillow
A rectangular reversible pillow in an updated Provence print canvas. The graphic 'Reviro' and 'Pounchoun' prints was designed by Nathalie du Pasquier, a Milan-based artist and designer known for her work as a founding member of the Memphis Group.
Manufactured in the South of France, by Olivades, the foremost contemporary producer of traditional étoffes imprimées (printed fabrics), and the last Provençal factory continuing the craft.
The Olavides story starts in 1818, when a company of printers formed in the village of Saint-Étienne-du-Grès to create distinctive printed fabrics, a Provençal specialty with origins dating back to the 17th century. Today, Olivades carries-on the tradition—combining longstanding techniques with fresh designs—and now works with contemporary artists such as Nathalie du Pasquier to create fresh styles for the modern world.
Made in France.
100% printed cotton canvas; down and feather fill insert.
Dimensions: 19"x 12"
(The rectangular pillow shown; the square pillow in the same prints can be found here.)
