Set the table with French individual butter dishes, or use them as sturdy little spice or salt bowls next to the stove. Made of Loire Valley grey clay and traditional salt glaze. Each glaze is a slightly different tone of warm brown with slight sheen. Made by hand. Stamped 'Fait main. Made in France'

Manufactured by Gres de Bonny, part of a line of potteries run by the Renault family in the Loire Valley since 1847. When the longest running factory closed their doors, the remaining stock was left untouched until today. Extremely limited supply.

NOTE: The salt glaze is a natural process with which causes subtle differences in color, finish, and texture. No two pieces are alike, which is part of the charm.
